There's a big difference in how we can approach others and have success. The first way is to want something from someone else. This is coming to the person from a position of needing something from the person. The second, more powerful position is coming to a person seeking to provide value, seeking to give something because I'm already full of worth and value already. Which do you think is the more healthy position to be in?
