According to research by the American Society of Training and Development, the two factors that effectively help people achieve the behavior change they desire are incentives and accountability.

The odds that you will achieve your goal, when you tell someone about it, is 65%. The odds increase to 95% when you make an appointment to report in your progress on a consistent basis!

So, mentors, keep mentoring. If you're being coached, understand the value of your appointments and follow-through on what you agree to!!
